Hello, first time here. I recently started working in the diesel field after about 14 years in industrial maintenance so I’m learning as I go. My question: I’m about to replace a turbo on a 2009 freightliner santiogo m2 with a Cummins. Do I need to calibrate the turbo in any way or is it just plug and play? Thanks in advance

Yes you do. The new turbo will not come with an actuator. If old one is good you can still use it. With Insite you have a turbo calibration feature that you follow to do it correctly.
