    Well; I am glad this woman got it on video, otherwise this person's family and lawyers would be going after the truck driver for damages and injuries....:biggrin_2554:

    No doubt there! That trucker did a good bit of driving there to avoid even more serious damage to that SUV too.

    I kinda doubt that . That whole SUV was in the wrong lane . Very obvious who was at fault .

    I'd like to see that aftershot of that truck. Took the tandems clean off.

    Yes, but if he has a Log Book Violation, then he is at the wrong spot at the wrong time. They can use that as blame on the Trucker also.
    He did do a good job trying to keep from hitting that SUV head on. That would of been BAD

    I guess you haven't followed many truck car crashes then. Most are the 4 wheeler was at fault, but the trend now is to go after the driver and company. Most will find something on the driver to add to the crash. Even tho he wasn't the cause of the accident. That is why it is good to see some of these on video. It shows who did what.

    YEP!

    I can name a few mishaps where I work that happenend and the company always says.."Preventable" ... I don't think they know the word .. "Unpreventable":biggrin_25512:

    Now I believe this shows a real good argument for having a dash cam or a vehicle video system and running legal.
