Where is everyone #5

It kills me that drivers that can't pass you on the highway think it's a good idea to pass as fast as they can thru the toll booth and construction zones!! And Bam!! We all get to pay for their stupid!!

 

Night before last, headed up highway 7/Chickasaw Turnpike, I noticed the toll booth exit was blocked off and had flashing lights. I have Pike Pass so I just roll through, but couldn’t help but notice the fancy tan Pete that the wrecker was hooking up to, had obviously rear-ended somethin right there where you pay the toll. They must’ve already hauled whatever it was off, but that Pete had some pretty heavy front end damage.

 

This right here is what always bothered me about hauling oilfield pipe.

 

I did it once, wasn't a big fan. Then again, as time goes by I'm becoming more and more interested in the tank world and less in the deck world.

You mean you've seen alot of the u-joints fail or the slips fail?

I know spicer says you can go something like 100k (depending on app) between maintenance intervals on the life series ujoint with the correct synthetic grease, but that's just plain laziness in my opinion.

 

No wonder light Cali loads pay goof this week lol
