Here are some operator manuals we found while cleaning out a old shop at my brothers place. These belonged to our Grandpa and Great Grandpa.

 

I think they have their own chrome shop out of head office on Panet Rd in Winnipeg. From what I gather, their company philosophy is that every driver gets a unique ride, even guys just starting out. "Green" is the general theme, but they try something new with every truck.

They run C15 gliders for the senior guys, and I've heard they do upgraded cam, pistons and turbo and push them up to 666 hp. Ironic, given they are owned by a very religious family.

My wife works with the brother of one of their senior drivers who I think does some of the shows. And her aunt goes to church with the owners, lol.

Had they been on the list of companies accepting trainees when I took my training, I'd have chosen them. Unfortunately they filled up for the year.

 

I was running our boom truck when I first started there. I had to take 5 and while I was in the out house the boss jumped up and started operating it. When I came out he had a swamp mat in the air swinging so bad it was almost smacking the boom!! He jumped down and said "If you can run that thing smooth you can run anything!!" The next day he started me in a 40t Liebherr. So if you can run that I'm sure you can run any of 'em!

we accidentally took the scenic route from Covington, VA. Up to Staunton,VA. Up 220 to 250 back to 81. I'm sure @OLDSKOOLERnWV knows where I'm talking about. Thanks turns were so tight and steep my trailer was dragging!
