That I couldn't tell you, and didn't see anything on their site.

There will probably be someone in that has experience with them at some point. Not all of our members get on here every day.

At melton some trucks do have apu's but is the luck of the draw if you get one... every load I have had to tarp except 1. I have been here about 2 months and still have the same trailer I left orentation with so that tells you how much is drop nd hook. At the end of every load is a layover anywhere from 1 thru 4 days and you may or may not get layover pay, more times than not you wont get it. athe tarps are around 100 to 120 lb depending on which one you get issued.......

I have to agree with everything you said man aside from one thing, that they are "overall a good company".

5400 miles in a month doesn't pay the bills. It barely lets you eat and shower so I stayed a few months and went on my way. I too only had two different trailers the entire time I worked there, the truck was great, and I had an APU BUT all that doesn't add up to more than 400 bucks a week in pay and 2-4 day layovers.

It just didn't cut it for me. Local work is where it's at, there seems to be more work, there is a LOT more pay, and I am home every night. I enjoyed OTR but didn't enjoy going broke sitting in the flying hook playing on the internet for days on end.

    Good luck to you man.

Well as far as ats goes, if they had a company truck open I would be back there in a heartbeat! Being new to this industry I assumed that the lack of freat I was experiencing was due to them trying to push me out the door. So I left. Now three months later I have been unable to locate work of any sort. I regret that decision very much. But you live and you learn, right?

Are you in Monroe La lawson?

Jump into oilfield trucking man, home every night and make as much or more than OTR.

I was told that they are in the process of going 100% APUs. You might get a truck with one and you might not.
