New advanced features in Smtr2. !!
If you have the latest version of Smtr2, then you have some new advanced features that are not yet in full release.
The dual route option is out in advance features.

 

I have it on go authority, that Smtr2 is talking with Google to gain more access to Waze and it's information, particular traffic.
Look for new updates in 2019

 

For me though the no truck settings ain't too big of a deal. I run line haul terminal to terminal. Not knock smart truck but I need traffic delay alerts which is does not give. Gmaps does. I know most terminals so if gmaps wants me to get off and I dont I keep going and it routes me usually way I wanna go. Smart truck route gives me wacky ways to go in. I know its using truck legal streets but a lot of times I can go faster way in that trucks are allowed. If I was otr running trying to find factories smart truck hands down. But since I'm ltl company terminals only gmaps works way better for me.

 

I just turned it on the other day,on my way home for the weekend, so i haven't had the chance to play with it yet.

 

I had a nice talk with one of the owners, apparently they have been BLOCKED on here which is why they have not been able to answer any questions??
But i did get some insight into their plans for 2019. I like, a lot.
doing something more with traffic and routing.
Better routing options.
hooking up with WAZE in some fashion
good thing to come

 

Usually it would mean multiple instances of unsolicited advertising. For Rand and dozens of other vendor reps here, they are answering a member's question or posting a support notice. Those are fine.
