There should be a poll on whether an unarmed person deserves to be murdered

I also carry a License, Not yet a Enhanced one that allows me to hunt active shooters. Ive already been trained to IDF Core to hunt Terrorists but it is the State Law that says State Police is the Gatekeeper of training to a standard.

That training no where includes shooting guns into the air, waving the thing and so on. We are not a stand your ground state. We are however a open carry. But everyone who is not a LEOUSA knows to carry concealed. That gun does not come out unless it's that fine moment where...

1- Life precious life is about to be lost or damaged very badly.
2- Motive by attacker or even as basic as disparity of force by 5 300 pound attackers all muscle against me and a bad hip. Im drawing. The rounds are going to have to be on target. Unfortunately there might be enough meat and bone to literally stop and store the bullet in each mad mad in the chest wall.
3-Attacker has the means to take that life or damage it very badly.

The trucker busting windows with thermos is flat stupid. So Darwin. No wonder the bad guy is usually pretty dumb and made even more idotic, progressing to Moronic then finally landed in the realm of Imbecility by his own passion, lost tempers, emotion and overriding need to pound non compliant second party into obeying the little tinpot stanley swinger.

THAT meets the definition of breaking and enter, into a vehicle used for sleeping quarters as a Castle Doctrine Problem The second round fired by the man inside would have probably been deadly force potential against the tinpot mad mad with his stanley thermos.

I love the Law. Courthouses are where you best argue that law. It tells me that sometimes people are really seriously stupid for smashing the window and making the please move that thing for a extra parking spot could have been a burial grave spot.

IF you accept that Society in trucking now carries weapons regardless of Company hand wringing policy making and directives. (Arkansas actually made a law saying no employer here shall search my personal car for weapons on THEIR property regardless of whatever is possible within ownership of same.)

We must accept a decline in the quality of people who cannot stop being stupid over one little half a parking spot.

If it was me, I would have hired Mrs Red Dress from the nearby corner next to the go go place and paid her to entice Mr Wont Move it into Mr Move it all over.

Maybe if he did get "his head caved in" he would think twice about being a self-centered a-hole.

Im Painting a very good picture here.....I want to hear some SERIOUS replies only, No Jokes No games .

Ok,Lets say,(And I Know its happened)...Some young kid 1-3 years experience, Was Backing his Truck into a parking spot a littlr carelessly and Struck Billy's 1979 W-900 Cream Puff (Restored from ground up) 100's of hours in restoration, And just tore the front end to pieces........

Now billy is a 47 year old Bearded Driver with 25 years plus of experience in trucking and Mechanics Living on 5 acres with a 120 foot steel building with heat.

So....Should the owner of the W9 just relaxingly say "Oh Well,We'll just turn it into your insurance" or Does physicalities take place like it was in the 60's 70's and 80's......?

I Want honest truthful replies as If YOU were the Owner of that truck

Keep in mind- The W-900 owner Spent Countless Nights and Weekends restoring the truck

    Ready,Set,Go......................................

I would consider your scenario an "ACCIDENT" a "ROYAL SCREW UP". That's different than some selfish a-hole who parks and takes up 2 spaces, a bobtail that takes up a full space, parking on the fuel island and not fueling, the list goes on. Those are "CHOICES". Big difference on how to handle them.

Amazing how many people can make a mountain out of a mole hill. In fact not even from a mole hill, but from a grain of sand.

I agree. I would have simply looked at the way the guy was parked, shook my head, and wrote it off as "typical trucker" now days. I'm just glad there's some crazy people out here that will maybe off set the selfish ones by beating them or from what we've seen maybe worse. Then maybe the selfish guy will start to think twice before acting.

The question is: will they park in two spots like that again?
