I would like to ask if anybody knows of a good lawyer that might take my case. Back in August 2018 we took our truck to Ingersoll Truck Repair in Commerce City Co. for an engine break repair.
They kept the truck for a week and told us they didn’t know what was wrong with it but that they were going to keep looking. At the end of the second week they said they found the issue and they were fixing it.
Supposedly they fix it and charged 4,000.00 for the repair. That was on. Friday. We took the truck out, took our first load and after 200 miles the truck started making really nasty noises and it lost power. My hubby rolled off the freeway and turned off the truck. Long story short we called a tow truck took it to a nearby shop to get checked and fixed. The repair ended up costing 32,000 and the shop told us it was caused by something the ingersoll shop did but of course ingersoll refuses to take responsibility. Any advise? Does anyone knows of a good lawyer?

Good luck.
Should have brought it back to Ingersoll first so that they could make it right.
Now you're going to have to pay out of pocket for a lawyer if you want to try to recover from Ingersoll.DSK333 Thanks this. -
www.OOIDA.com might recommend a lawyer.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I highly recommend you at least start your search HERE! Actually after looking at @Chinatown 's comment I say start there then my suggestion. I advise care and due diligence asking such a question on a forum board!Chinatown Thanks this. -
Yes that’s was what I wanted to do originally but the tow truck charged us 680.00 for towing us 18 miles to their shop. So we didn’t event want to ask how much was going to be for the 216 miles to the ingersoll shop. Like I mentioned we had been out of work for a while and already struggling since it was going to be our first trip as O/O

When you rolled off the highway did you call Ingersoll before you called the tow truck?
