Customer service for pilot

    Curious question, has anyone else ever been laughed at by a pilot rep! I uhj ave been fueling a fleet of 20 here, using my rewards card. I finally decide to use it for a shower after a 400 mile drive and no sleep and have to be to work in 2 hrs!! To find out my card has not been working by the punch of my phone. But again, they do have the correct number. 3yrs never used my points. The rep laughed and said ur card isnt working. Ok toss a #### shower on there u obviously show its active. She laughed again. I'm pist

    Another great example for not using PFJ for anything but maybe a "potty" break. Even with an account and your fueling they screw you out of your well earned points. You shouldn't have to keep constant tabs on your account but I guess if you are going to continue using them you will have to check each and every time you fuel just to be sure you got your credits. I for one will never use PFJ for anything.

    I check my receipts after every fueling to make sure I'm getting what I'm supposed to.

    Pilot doesn't even provide a portal in-app (IOS) to report bugs or feature requests or app deficiencies. I've never spent less then 10 minutes on hold trying to talk to customer service, any time of day for any reason. That said, PFJ has refunded paid parking back [in points] one time when a 2 hour accident blocked a road and made me miss my late arrival to Post Falls location because 14 was going to run out prior to arrival.

    Petro/TA has pretty decent phone customer service in my limited experience with them.
