That's a movement I can get behind. I just came off I10 onto I35 about to jump onto I37 to run about 2 miles to my drop.
Be me.
Second inside lane.
Cars lining inside lane.
Doofus on my right merging. (2 two lane highways meet)
4 lanes total.
Guy just straightens out the curve to get over.
Bright green Peter car isn't even there in his eyes.
AIRHORN
Oblivious.
I lean on it. Cant catch him but did get close enough to read the tag and call it in.
End up unable to get to my delivery that day after waiting for 3 hours on san an pd.
It was interesting getting off 3 lanes of interstate with no mirror other than the hood mirrorOxbow, shogun, 4mer trucker and 18 others Thank this. -
Welp, the plan is still to leave Savannah today but no longer is the plan to go to Charleston and then Wichita. Plan as it stands at this exact moment in time is back to going to Tulsa with the load I picked up yesterday.
I'm pretty sure Canada next week is fairly solid as I have permits for myself and @kylefitzy in my email. We'll see how long till that changes as well lol -
Ta-da!!!cke, Oxbow, 4mer trucker and 14 others Thank this. -
I put a strap over the trailer...
Hope that doesn’t damage the paint or something...cke, Oxbow, 4mer trucker and 10 others Thank this. -
Boy, you’d think my neighbors here at the Petro had never seen anybody grease a truck before.

All loaded up ready for round two. Won't have the hours to get anywhere past Brandon tonight (that I'd want to go). Not sure what I'm doing after the second delivery, but likely heading back up empty.
I have this strange feeling that 1350 cu ft of space in my trailer isn't what the customer has been expecting. They seem pleased with the service, but I think the higher up's are looking at new (to us) equipment.
We can't haul more than 50,000 lbs of lime in our biggest trailer (the one I'm using) and our current triaxle and the second one being custom built by our welder are both lower cubic than this MAC.
I'm honestly hoping they bite the bullet and go with a new truck too, because with a four axle truck (tandem drive with a pusher) and three axle trailer at 2000 cu ft, we could haul a full 70,000+ lbs of product to the customer and all I'd need to do is bring the pusher up in Canada.
If they are serious about keeping this contract, I think they might need to.cke, Oxbow, 4mer trucker and 14 others Thank this.
