Ouch, I hope I never do that.
-
I believe the driver had plenty of overhead clearance, it was that hard turn to the left, where he hit the bridge support with the top side of the trailer, that did him in.
Look at picture #3 where the top is bowed over and out. -
Dang It Driver!
Drive BOTH ends of that truck!panhandlepat Thanks this. -
i KNOW the solution to this one.

he shoulda been in the other (OUTSIDE) lanePharmPhail Thanks this. -
2 left turn lanes... probably turned from the inside lane of the 2. It amazes me how many trucks I see do that and end using most of the turn lane they should have been in... the one Im in.
-
I thought that too,and he was in the wrong lane. Hard to tell by the picture.

Swing Wide It's a Friggin' Trailer!

Appears to have damaged the truck? Um, DURR. I know exactly where that is and there is a sign there. I wanted to turn on it myself until I looked at the #### sign. So I ended up having to do all kind of loop-di-loos. AARGH. But, better than sitting like that. That would be so embarrassing man.
