Where is everyone #5

That's the usual line...they like to blame whoever was the most recent one to quit.

Doesn't bother me though. I charge the same price no matter who did it.

 

Good news, it was also payday, she had a great time.

 

Ok that I think comes out to 24.5 ton.

 

Speaking of the ranch...an opportunity has presented itself. They have a spot that has two abandoned bunkhouses. But there's also a small shop, about 20 x 40 with an attached one car garage. There's also a barn. This all sits on a county road a two miles from the interstate, about three miles from a paved road. Now here's the opportunity: They said if I want to place a double wide modular out there I can do so for no rent and they cover the electric bill. They may cover propane too. I just need to come up with the house and move it out there.

The idea is that they want a presence out there to discourage vandals and trespassers. There used to be a house out there but it burned down in 2005. I would place a house where that one was.

I'm trying not to get stars in my eyes andthink through this clearly...but dang I am sick and tired of having neighbors.

 

Where's this at? I'll go buy the double wide today lol

 

It's not just Walmart, just getting to Walmart or anywhere else anymore is a lesson in patience and being able to curb the bad words when your son and wife are in the vehicle with you. It's not that people are idiots anymore, they're just clueless, oblivious to everything going on around them, like standing in the middle of an aisle or parking your basket there and blocking anyone from getting by. They're doing stupid things in a car or in a store and they don't even realize it.

Then you have the people who don't care.....about anything, it's all about them. They butt in line, cut you off in traffic, sit in the middle of an intersection blocking traffic, ride your six so close you can't see the front of their hood, fly through a parking lot full of people, hit your car with their door while your in the vehicle and they just go on like nothing ever happened, take up 2 parking spots, and I won't even start on just having some sense with the driving rules, like exiting off of the interstate onto a frontage road that goes left or right and you have no yield or stop sign but you insist on stopping because the frontage road people are stopped at their stop signs so it must mean that you have to stop too, throwing everything into chaos because the frontage road people are growing impatient anyway because the traffic coming off of the interstate is so heavy it's hard to squeeze between them so they just start going because your stopped now and the traffic coming off of the interstate at 90 mph is trying all it can to keep from having a rear end collision because of all the stopped people that shouldn't be stopped.

I know it's a recurring theme here but the more I'm around people the more I don't want to be around people.

 

That's not very nice of you to say that. He's Still gonna be here talking with us and he's a very popular guy with everyone else here. He's still gonna have Internet access. I hope you didn't hurt his feelings you big bully. Shame on you !

OK I take it back !! It's exactly like what Bear just said all over the place and I was just trying to make a joke. I understand completely how a lot of people are sick and tired of idiots and want to get away from them.

Pulled into church with the kids to sell Christmas trees and there was a guy coming out from the store that has chainsaw wood carvings on the back of his tow behind.
Got us a snowman. I’ll get some black, some white, some orange and brown paint for them to paint it up tomorrow.
