Disappointed Again

I think for the money, their "flat iron steak" special is as good as you'll find anywhere as far as sirloin cuts go. They put just the perfect amount of "flame grill burn" on it when you request medium doneness. That's all I eat there.

That one is the only In & Out I ever ate at - was not impressed.

Now the Outpost, that place has good grub -

 

I don't know. I haven't ate at one in over 3 years and it was in Texas. As I recall it was good but not "out of this world good". Are they going to be the next Krispy Kreme? Going like gang busters for a few years then the honeymoon wears off, and they start cutting corners to try and maintain profit levels to offset declining same-store sales?

Seems like Chic-fil-A is still seeing long lines at lunch anytime you see one. That misguided boycott attempt several years back by certain Hollywood types was the best thing to ever happen to Chic-fil-A

 

It's just plain unacceptable. I eat salads 90% of the time I'm out. When I feel like buying something worthy of a self induced coronary it should be worthy of such. It's not complicated and I find my self disappointed over and over again, only to have to through my lettuce out because of some third world disease. Think I'm starting to lose it but it's getting too much too take.

 

Ate at the Bear Claw in Cache Creek today, they make great food there. I stop every chance i get .

 

I don't eat crap that involves old dairy cows , cull cows and slaughter bulls .
It's all garbage .

 

Do they have Steak and Shake or 5guys on the left coast?? Those are pretty much the only fast food burgers I'll eat.
