My bet is either the oil supply or return gasket needs replaced.
-
I would replace both.

Are you talking about the 4 bolts and gasket at the exhaust manifold attach point or at the turbo body itself (compressor/turbine)?
-
At the exhaust manifold attach point the bottom left bolt has oil bubbling out around it

Since you just changed the gasket a month ago, hopefully it's just residual anti-seize boiling off which is normal, now if oil has been dripping there from the past you should have noticed this when you had the turbo pulled for the gasket replacement and this could be signs of engine related problems that are minor now but will not get any better for the future; oil rings, valve seals, injector over fueling, ect. Any engine performance changes recently? Turbo chargers tend to "slobber" at low idle now and then but its really dependent on the manufacture's placement and piping...hope this helps.

No real change in performance its pulling and running good i pulled pipe off last night no oil in turbo im thinking its a leaking valve seal gonna take it to the guy who built the Motor sunday hopefully it will get figuerd out pretty soonJohnC123 Thanks this.

So did you end up finding the problem? I have some similar issues on a N14 Cummins right now....but mine bubbling from the top. Hoping it's just the seal.
