Seattle/Portland has the hottest job market in country right now. From what I've heard getting loads out of the NW has always been a problem. Lots of Mtns to cross over and chains to throw. I'm hauling chemicals local as an o/o out of Portland and we are busy, but I'm looking at relocating to south Texas. Warm weather, flat terrain, way less traffic and much cheaper than the NW.

    My vote is TX!

Washington State does not have a personal or corporate income tax. However, persons that engage in business in Washington are subject to business and occupation and/or public utility tax. These taxes are based on gross receipts of the business.
