Just pay driver per mile

 

Put them on the road under someone else's authority.

 

I been on this forum for a while reading several post about guys starting their own companies. I was there once. The new thing to do in 2018/2019 is go get your CDL's, drive for 6 months, HEY lets go be an owner operator. I don't know why guys wanna just jump into it now. Its a lot of work and paperwork. You gotta keep files upon files and you gotta have this and that and something else...

 

It's true. I would rather sign on to some mom and pop small company for a good percentage and a couple of back office perks booking my own loads and call it a day. No paperwork no nonsense.

 

Yea or you get go get a brokers license and set at home. That seems to be a trend now too

Many drivers do not see anything other then what they want to see is what Mr SoCal means. They come here looking for someone to agree and then when they don’t get it they do it anyway. lol
