The sitting duck policy has been in place for years. What the op didn't tell us is. Landstar says if you HAVE to then. Put out cones and call safety immediately. Also thier is a reward paid to land star drivers (bco's) If you snap a picture and send it to safety, of someone in a sitting duck situation
