If a truck gets stuck in a muddy job site, and there was an excavator to pull it out, did it really happen?

    Asking for a friend......

I'm not that great at describing these things, but I'll try...

At the front it's like a fairly bold coffee, with just a touch of cream or maybe whole milk, making for a smooth coffee taste but without the bitterness you would get from cold black coffee.

Midway towards the back the brew blends in, it's dark and a little rich with a smooth finish.

However, these particular brews need to be taken on the cold side imo. I chill these to 38°, instead of the 43° which is my normal preference. If not then the follow through on these is not so good, I kind of feel like I need something to wash it down.

Pairs well with beef, or if your desert is chocolate cake.

I do not recommend the brews that mix chocolate in, imo they're too sweet.

Since I'm sitting at home "waiting" (now maybe Wednesday or Thursday) some more food porn.

Lunch comprised of left-overs from dinner last night with a bacon-avocado salad. Definitely Keto but would upset the purists if I call it Paleo since the sauce has heavy cream and the salad may have some mascarpone in it

Since the subject of cast iron has come up recently, here's 80% of my collection, the giant pan is safely stowed away and at the risk of throwing out my back lifting to the counter for pictures it will remain in the bottom of the oven doing double duty as a pizza stone. I have a brand new, complete set of rather expensive chef grade cookware, it looks beautiful all nicely stored in the cupboard.

As for glass tops and cast, been using all of these on various glass tops for the 30 years I've owned them.

Speaking of video @ShooterK2, I haven't forgotten about you helping me. I've been trying to figure out how to get them on YouTube and edit songs in them. It's takin some time and want it to be right. If I can't figure it out, I know I can count on you to help me.

Fire trucks and ambulances have two pedals on the driver's side. At any given moment while travelling, it is a safe bet one or the other is mashed to the floor. :D
