Here I am parked for the night in the middle of nowhere having snacks for dinner and I see your pic. Now my stomach is growling and I'm sad.

 

Their burgers actually aren't to bad.
Certainly 100% better than those nasty Wendy's grease burger.
Also that nasty McDonald's garbage.

 

I've been stuck in Edinburgh Tx at the TA for three nights. I have a choice of Subway, Chester chicken and absolutely the worst TA diner in the 48 states.

Gotta agree....Survey says - Them's good eats.
Brings to mind a fantasy of mine.
Every driver I ever met complains about food and that's a shame.

Open a fine dining Establishment; million dollar place with linen table cloths,
crystal, sterling silverware, real top shelf, 5 star place. Plenty of Truck parking.
Have a Chef that would blow your mind with fantastic fare - at bargain prices.
Only 6 or 8 main course items on the menu, but killer quality and quantity.
Beveled glass windows in the $3,000 entrance door. Real class. Clean, Clean, Clean.
Then have a wooden screen door on it. (Has to slam, too.)
Blue Neon in the window of the name.
"Pop's Eats."

The thruway/interstate sign just says:
"Pop's eats.
Them's good eats."

Lay on that air-horn if you can't make it in. This time.
