Put up some pics, I'm sure you'd get plenty of friendly advice on what to do to fix it or not to do next time, could save you some headaches down the road. These fellas are pretty willing to help without belittling folks, just sayin.cke, PoleCrusher, Oxbow and 15 others Thank this.

I know what's wrong with it. I did just stop and pull the rear tarp off.
I loaded 7 bundles of 24ft x 6in sch10 pipe from paragon in Tulsa. Well they drag the tarps for you. When I was strapping it down with my bungies all was well it looked good etc etc. The problem arose when the overlap in the middle of the hump worked it's way out and started catching air. I stopped and pulled it as far forward as I could and threw a 2in over both ends in hopes I could at least keep it down while I pulled the slack with the bungies.
That seemed to do alright but I still had some flopping. Said screw it and drove the last half hour to stop for the night and mess with it in the morning.
Moved things around, got it pretty nice and took off the next morning. Had to stop a few times to move bungies where there was a lot of flop but every time it just seemed like it was a losing battle and I was running out of bungies. Stopped one last time after I posted about it and broke a bungie but did my best to tighten it with what I had.
Fast forward to new Mexico. Right about the time I crossed the line I apparently broke or lost about 5 of them so I said screw this and pulled the rear tarp off because I had used up all my spare bungies and no longer had enough to tie the part that came loose down.
So now she looks like this.
I'm not terrible at tarping considering this is my second tarped load. I could have fixed it the right way but that would have required me walking on top of the load and ole boy ain't a fan of heights so that wasnt about to happen.cke, PoleCrusher, 4mer trucker and 18 others Thank this. -
