There's a couple decent bars there if you're looking for one. Little bit of a walk, but both are worth it.

One thing I will never do is buy beer and take it to my truck. Watch yourself out there, the road is loaded with hypocrites and tattletales. I don't seek out bars because I like blowing money. I do it because I don't want to be seen with beer in my hands as I'm entering my truck. I never judge, y'all do as you will. I'd rather err on the side of caution. If I can't sit down in an establishment to have a beer, I go without. Fine by me, I'll sleep better anyhow.

 

One of these days I'd love to know how you settled on "Emily". Always loved that name. Every trucker has a reason for the name they gave their truck. It's very possible that you've already told me and I forgot. Hell I can barely keep track of what day of the week it is lol, it's the trucker disease we all embrace. My girl is April. She's red, so I named her after the hottest redhead I've ever seen. Real nice lady too, had the pleasure of meeting her once. Always had a thing for redheads and I'm a huge fan of comedy. I'm sure my wife would LOVE to believe she's the hottest redhead I've ever met, but c'mon man. You can't argue with April Macie. She's hilarious and an undeniable smoke show.
