Well I'm sitting here at Second Half for the first time since March. It's good to be home. Anyone at Cartersville?

 

You're welcome. It's an alright place I guess. And George (the owner) is a really nice guy. But that place is more of a family restaurant than anything else. The other places I mentioned are worth the walk.

 

I know nothing of New Hampshire, never been there. But Florida needs to sink into the Atlantic and be done with it. Give this climate change situation enough time and it'll happen organically. Meth heads and old people as far as the eye can see. No truck stops, no freight, and ridiculous DOT.High heat, high humidity, shark attacks, and hurricanes. Yup, let's go there on vacation. Sounds like the best plan ever

 

It's been stated to me several times in conversation with folks I've met here on this site that I should start a thread for my experience as an O/O. I'm not going to do that for reasons that will sound extremely selfish. But, here's a little insight into what you can expect if you choose to pursue this route. Christmas is coming. My truck developed a shudder, took me a few days to find it. Steer tires. So I need to replace those and get an alignment. I also have two drives I was planning on replacing this month. 2200 bucks all told. How ho ho, y'all. Gotta love it.
