Is it just me, or are cars trying to wreck into trucks on purpose lately?

I don't know the story behind that pic. I"m just using it as an example.

I've gone through this twice, once wasn't the driver's fault and we lost that one but the other was sort of his fault and we won that case. I have another pending because of an accident a few months back.

Know another fleet owner who's lawyer is like Saul Goodman, he put on retainer and sent work to a few ambulance chasers in his area so they can't sue him - conflict of interest. He has a 400 truck fleet and is always getting threats with law suits from accidents.

Normal weather condition dry. Speed zone 75. Blue BMW traveling on the Middle Lane suddenly jumping in the front of truck and break dust-up Death stop. Driver swerved around into the right shoulder -ditch avoid crashing into the car by couple of inch.:) of course the truck is equipped with small dash camera. The Kentucky highway patrol police charged driver w/ improper lane change. Driver retain Defense attorney -after couple of month. the charge were dismissed Without prejudice.

Don’t even get me started on this Scumbag Morgan. We have been inundated with this jack wagon for 30 years down in SW Florida.

Not to mention he is a total slobbering drunk.

Ive fought off two personal lawsuits in my time for taking out cars. Long story short those are in my previous posts way back.

One was laughed out of deposition and the other was settled with the nice lady getting a new car via insurance. when I wrote the judge that they cannot get blood from unemployed stone (Me) as a result of that accident.

I worked minimum wage for a period of time after that one. Im pretty sure economic losses from being off road combined with lack of experience and so on pretty much destructed any progress I had made to that point.

I would absolute have a dashcam on that vehicle tonight. If you have not have gottten one yet. You must. I don't care if you have to pull your last 100 dollars to get one. Do it.

It seems like the most suspicious wrecks are vehicles driving into parked trucks. That happens all the time, but how many other stationary objects do they "randomly" run into? Not as many.

    Not suspicious at all.

Some may think I am hard and unfeeling but that decap bar is there for that reason. And unfortunately they do a good job.

In my time long ago we used to put em down whereever. Then you had 30 with a group in say 287/78 in Jersey all over the ramps and bridges parked sleeping.

BOOOOM 3 am wake up decapitation call.

This will continue until adequate truck parking is built.

With what money and whose land pray tell? Should we have a Coop of all trucking companys to build a 20 deck semi truck tower just for that part of the USA holding say... 5000 trucks? For free to truckers? The cement can be donated if need be.

But that is a fantasy. And it will rot in about 70 years and have to be replaced anyway.

And so the roadside killings continue. Why? because despite orientation, safety and frivious satellite messaging to the contrary, idiot truckers will put her on the side of the road to sleep. And they know they are not supposed to do it.

As somebody who's been hit by a truck let me just say, it doesn't matter how much you get paid if you were actually hurt you'd pay that same amount to not have gone through it.

It's an insurance scam that's been around for ages. Get a dash cam.
