    I live in Fargo, ND and I got my CDL last month and I have all my endorsements except D/T (which ill get soon). I applied at Magnum, Marvin, and a Tanker company but I'm just wondering if there is any other that I can apply to that hires new drivers that don't have experience.

    Did you get you license on your own with no training or classes or did you attend and graduate from an accredited training school and completed your training hours?

    For insurance and liability reasons, no company is going to hire you and give you your own truck to drive solo with zero experience.

    There are a lot of companies that will give you a chance....research this site and learn. If you have your CDL, you have many options in today's market for drivers. Just research.

    I graduated from an accredited training school and completed my training hours at a six week program.

    Been researching but most companies I see what a year or two experience.

    I would like to get tanker experience so I did apply at one place that do hires new drivers that came out of driving school and it'll be a local gig which is a plus to me.
