    I was offered an RSA position with Ben E. Keith and hoping to get some insight wether this is a good company to start? I am hoping to eventually become an O/O and want to get some experience under my belt. Pay is $900 - $1100 a week (Gross). Paid by the stop, case and mileage.

    That is low pay for foodservice, believe they also stay out a couple days at a time.

    Without knowing where you are, I'd still bet you can do better paywise and still get experience under your belt.

    what terminal would you be out of. i worked for them awhile back in houston. i grossed about 1300 a week home everyday. it all depends on the route you get. also you have to buy your dolley which they deduct out of your pay

    I worked for them as well. BEK overall is a good company. Not the highest paying job in food service delivery but I believe I averaged $1100/week doing M-F routes. Decent benefits and excellent equipment. Any other Q’s PM me
