Ok gotcha thanks. Im going to have to pick 1 up. I just got an InstantPot over Thanksgiving that says 1500 watts I'd love to bring with but I'm guessing its prob too much.

 

Sooooo does anyone know why Wayne Madison is completely empty now? Literally 10 trailers in that entire drop lot last night...not just the old Millis only lot, the entire thing. Having to go to the brewery to pick up our loads sucks. Wayne Madison=15min drop n hook, that fn brewery is 45mins min and usually longer. Hoping they are going to do something about the craters in Wayne Madison and this is just temporary.

Also in my entire time here Ive never been overweight out of Trenton. They've always been awesome at making sure we were legal. Something has changed cuz Ive talked to several drivers lately who have said their load was overweight.

 

Oh and we heard an ad for Millis on ESPN radio for the 1st time today...we are big time now lol

 

This stank-### MF gonna try my patience today. How does one smell like they bathed in a Port-a-John less than 18 hours after taking a shower?

This guy is every single one of the worst trucker stereotypes all rolled into one.

Whoo-sah, almost done, less than 5k miles to go... I can make it; I can make it....

 

God that's horrible. I'm not going to accept a trainer until I meet with them and see the inside of the truck. If they don't allow that then I guess I go somewhere else.

 

But you can't have Florida Man without Florida!

I'll take New Hamster over Florida any day of the week, though.

 

I had the worst truck stop shower I've had yet at the South Beloit Flying J last night. I generally love Flying J but I think I'll avoid that one from now on. I detest most of the Pilots because their parking situations usually suck and so many of them stay full even in the middle of the day. What I like best about Pilots is that your shower credits are good at Mr. Fuel locations and the Mr. Fuel in Lake Station has really nice showers.

I have to wonder if maybe they're finally going to fix that lot. I guess that's why the dunnage load I just took to Wisconsin was in the main brewery lot instead of over on the drop lot like they usually are.

 

Wow, I feel for ya. Can honestly say I have had the complete opposite experience. Yeah there are somethings my trainer does that pisses me off. On the other hand I am pretty sure I have made a friend for life. On some of his hometime weekends I have been invited over to spend it with his family instead of me paying for a hotel. Which in my opinion is above and beyond duty on his part. We get along pretty well. He has given me a pretty good understanding of what this job is going to take to succeed.
Though wish he would have me back more. It’s the only thing he doesn’t press me on. Guess with the way he makes me drive I should have plenty of time to get in the dock.
