DOT Physical✓ Tomorrow CDL A permit. Getting closer, seems like it's taking forever.
Steelersjunkie Thanks this. -
Hang in there man. I really think you should contact Greg on this one just like @keen98 said. Please don’t judge Millis by your present trainer. I wish I had with my first trainer, who funny, is a cool guy now that we’re equals,,,,,,, hmmmmm, think about that one.
I gotta give cred and props to Rodney R. He was my 2nd and final trainer. He trains out of Richfield. Rodney is clean, good truck driver, offers great help but tells you when you’re fn up. Over a year later, Rodney and I still talk once every week or so, just to BS.
Please don’t judge Millis by this slob you’re hangin with. You will not be a ##### for expressing the problems with Greg. Nasty is just fn nasty.Last edited by a moderator: Dec 7, 2018

Thanks. Kinda. In a way I'm proud. In a way I'm concerned.

Why concern? Worried that you're going to get too brave now? Just stay aware of that and you should be ok.Steelersjunkie Thanks this.

Yup, that's the reason. Although today showed me that I can mix in temperance. Deadheaded home to see Mrs Junkie, and freight sucks where I was in that particular part of Virginia unless you plan ahead. Weather got crappy about 80 miles out and I was a completely different animal. Still aggressive but not like yesterday. Today was different because of the fact that those roads are more heavily traveled by GD four wheelers, and Ohio four wheelers to boot. Took my time for the last 60 miles because of that. I'm happy about both of those things. Enjoying a pickleback with my wife. Cheers and such y'all.dwells40 and BullDozer-( Thank this.

Here's my PSA for the day if you are reading this thread and considering getting your own truck at some point down the road. If you end up with a truck that has those stupid curly-que hoses and pigtail, switch that crap out first thing. They are annoying, and more importantly, they're made of plastic. I just went to go pick up a load from home. Luckily for me, it was very close. I went to do a turnaround and one of these cheap pieces of crap snapped. I wanted to replace them anyhow, just woulda been nice if I could've done it on my terms, instead of fate's terms. I had to forfeit my load and drop the trailer where it sits. Luckily the business was understanding. So I'm getting my hoses and pigtail replaced and then have to go fetch that trailer. Yay ownership
Here's a picture of those stupid hoses. Again, I reccomend that you replace them immediately. I ain't gonna miss them a bit.
MACK E-6, Farmer54, Suspect Zero and 1 other person Thank this. -
Well, I got Greg involved, he's sending me home for a few days while he tries to find me someone to finish up with. As of this moment, I need like 3200 miles to finish, sucks to be that close and have to take a few days off, but it is what it is.
Thanks for the assistance guys (and gals, if applicable).BullDozer-( and Farmer54 Thank this. -
So sorry that happened, man. I don't know why it is that trucking attracts such nasty mother frs. But unfortunately those are our peers. We aren't all disgusting, I promise.BullDozer-( and dhellmer Thank this.
