Yesterday I applied at Danny Herman and just received my MVR report. I just graduated cdl school at the end of November and used to drive for a couple companies with a class E. I've always been told my MVR was clean, but this report is showing my two speeding tickets. Both were for 15 over (young and dumb) 1st ticket is from 01-12 and my second is 02-13 both in Arkansas. It also shows 0 points being on there. Being almost 6 years old and my only tickets ever I hope this doesn't cost me a decent job. I missed a call from DHT saying that they wanted to talk about it. My first choice for a company never said anything about my record and only asked for the last 3 years.

First off your MVR is not clean, there are ageing violations no longer adding points on it. I don't know how DHT words their applications. I just hope you answered the question on violations honestly. 15 over violations are considered serious EVEN in your personal vehicle. Just answer the questions DHT asks you honestly. If they don't hire you I'm sure someone else will. Keep the faith, your hirable!
Hardyz13 Thanks this. -
Well, I just talked to him and he said it was ok and he's trying to get me set up to go on Monday.

That's 8 points.
Been there done that at 7 myself. And that's with a class A back then not some chump car license. In those days insurance was really... easy.
