The other day driving down the road the screen went black. Then the next day it came back on...then went off again.
Normally I wouldn't care but it's tied into the radio and you can't see what radio station you're on when the screen doesn't work.
Could just be a loose wire but I'm not even sure how it comes out.
Could a person just put in an aftermarket stereo in place of the radio head unit and forget about the NavPlus if it's done? Only thing good about for my use are the gauges. Not worth probably $3000 to replace it for just gauges and to know what Sat radio station I'm changing to

I have a 2012 w900...mine did the same thing..only went off for a short while and came back on...it hasn't done it in a while though so I haven't messed with it..if you end up tearing into it let me know what you figure out
skman Thanks this. -
Owned 2 so far. Both do that on occasion.
Connect the nav to your hotspot and check for software updates. We can only hope for a fix.skman Thanks this. -
Thanks for the input. I hit a bump in the highway the other day and it started working again. Gotta love technology....when it actually works.
