Driver is responding to a claim by the original poster that Hirschbach no longer hires company drivers. Not true. My son is going to orientation next week as a company driver.

They had to very recently bring back company drivers but will give your son lousy loads while the lease purchase get the better runs. This is to force your son to switch to lease purchase. When I drove for them, they had eliminated company drivers. I guess that they had a tough time attracting all lease purchase. Your son is making a huge mistake. These are very bad people who will scum up his Tenstreet report.

 

Wrong. Tenstreet is the new DAC for many companies. Many companies such as Hirschbach no longer use DAC and switched to Tenstreet which serves the same function as DAC.

 

Hirschbach cans lease purchase drivers when they near the end of their lease. They fired 9 out of their tiny Springfield, Massachusetts facility in less than a year.

 

Wrong. Tenstreet also has a DAC type function and it is a direct competitor of DAC. Hirschbach no longer uses DAC and instead uses Tenstreet as do many companies now
