@shogun That Sir to this day is my fav gag. Never did any of us have ext cabs or 4 doors. To me a pickup aint a pick unless its a reg cab. Didnt really even have them. Stop at a red light. Had these two sisters in town that drove around in daddys Iroc. First fricken thing I did was duck down and make two guys look homo. Man I like you. Years later I bet the Iroc has less miles then them girls. But what lookers then.

 

Before I went turbo stroker, I had some Texas Speed PRC heads. Brian Tooley spec’d my N/A cam. Then when I swapped heads and went turbo Little John specd my turbo cam, and while his customer service is lacking, Pat G does the remote tuning thru the efilive I got.

My 5.3 is going in my dad’s 72 Chevrolet Chevelle with my probuilt 4L60, and we are putting my old on3 84mm in it and just a meth kit if anything (not a word, @snowman_w900), probably keep it at 6 psi or less. Texas speed 212/218 on 114 Lsa. Nice motor for a cruiser.

I know all those guys. Sadly my idiot self sold off my last ls1 car 5yrs ago because I had put 100 mi on it in 4yrs. A 36k mi 30th Anniversary TA.

I think Im gonna set a goal to pick up a clean 4th gen Camaro before spring. We'll see how bad life tries to kick me in the ### these next few mo's.

Edit: In fact I still have a TSP 231/236 .595/.598 cam and a set of Stage 3 Katech heads in my storage unit that were for a 6 liter build that never happened.

 

It's just a small gas plant called Chicken Creek. Had only four wells coming to it when I worked there but in it's heyday there were dozens. Natural gas, some NGLs and some sweet condensate.

I learned a lot while I was there. The plant is shut in now. Probably never reopen again.

 

There’s a guy that loads our trailers that has a early 2000 Mustang. He did the smart thing and went LS swap, 6.0. Twin turbo making 1400, it’s a track car.

@HillbillyDeluxeTruck my first cam was the Torquer v4 231/234 619 610 if I remember on 111. Rough, rough idle. Swapped it to a 237/255 620 600 on 113 for spray. Turbo cam is a 231/231 605 605 on 117 for stealth idle.

 

I hate to see this. Your way to nice of a guy for this to happen to. Hopefully its not too badly damaged. Good luck.

 

In my experience doing good pays back in spades eventually just like kharma gets ya sooner or later when you do bad, IMO.

Bear go home! lol Kidding, PC is a good guy for what he did. No taking that away from him. Just telling him to becareful. Because some of us know how bad it can go and won't again. Still no hard feelings to PC, makes him a respectable man! Stand up guy. Plus I dont know his situation. I only quoted my opinion of off the info. He may have reasons that we don't know. May have reasons he don't want to share, I respect that.
