Ill dig up some pics. Used to build some S10's square body for third mile dirt track up here. Attica Ohio, Fremont Ohio, and few times a year Lorain Ohio and Sandusky Ohio on pavement. Some factory parts, tubed chassie on factory frame rails 406 small block on allkey! Used to be good times. I didnt drive one just helped build and go fast. If it wasnt in black and white of rulebook, it wasnt a rule. It was fun for us poor folk, the 410 sprints are better every friday and sat night. 15 miles east or north I have races. Got cancelled once and stayed on rt 20 went to summit race park in norwalk, rolled them off changed set up and drag raced them. Got really funny looks till we started them.

 

Got a call today from a fellow o/o. His engine went down a few weeks back. We were talkin a while back and I kinda spoke bout getting rid of Monster when I get my secret project done. He offered me some stupid coin for Monster. I'm can't believe I'm considering it !!

 

Stealth idle on a 231 duration cam lol. I remember when a Thunder racing 224 cam with .565 lift was considered a big cam. Circa 2002? Lol.

If I can get my wife into a newer tahoe, Im thinkin my tsp cam would go nicely in our 02 which I'll make my driver besides my f250. Being that I drive a normal vehicle about 1000mi a yr at most, I dont need anything too practical.

 

Take that neway off before you sell it. I'll be over to pick it up.

Man my left shoulder has taken many a beating for doin that same thing. Ridin shotgun, pretty girls comin, oh would ya look at that, my shoe came untied....

A buddy of mine had an old Buick Century. Bench seat in front. He’d be ridin solo and see ya coming and slide over to the passenger side, left foot on the throttle, left hand low on the wheel, and wave at ya with his right hand.
