I made a comment a few posts back stating facts (yep...facts) about how the Megas are taking total advantage of all their drivers while hoping potential newbies will take heed, and you come unglued to the point of name calling and threats; (“troll”, it’s gonna be “the end”).
No son, I’m not going anywhere.
You and the two or three other gentleman on these forums that, for some reason, seem to be almost fanatically trying to defend the Megas’ practices have absolutely no facts to back up any of your statements.
I do..... nearly 98% of all new drivers for the Megas will quit within one year, and that’s an actual fact.
And the number one reason for driver loss is lack of driver pay.
Period.
I know what the tired, repetative responses will be; “The drivers quit because they can’t hack it” or “ they are just lazy and do nothing but whine” or how about “it’s all about attitude, after all, money isn’t everything”?
Yeah right, then why not just work for free then?
No, the simple truth is that the drivers are all new, don’t know what to realistically expect, and then realize within several months that they are getting screwed, and then they bail out.
I guess that’s not what you and a couple of other fellows in here want to hear but there it is.
I guess that automatically makes me a troll.
Are ‘they” gonna find me and will that be “the end” now?Last edited: Dec 16, 2018

No my position is turds like you just reinforce bad attitude and sentiments to make yourself look better. These are already tells on who you are.
The OP stated that Knight trained him to pass the test in Arizona. Wow. Who'd have thought? Where should they train him to pass the test? Nova Scotia? Maine?
He describes the anguish his trainer will feel. LOL
Then you jump on the band wagon.
Everyone has to start someplace. 1 out of maybe 500 guys knows somebody so they don't have to earn it like most people do.
It's no secret for the first year you're dogmeat in this industry. And that's what it is, an industry, with profit margins, not an a romantic ideal, like you want them to think it should be.
The smart thing is to level with people, tell 'em you're gonna be in for a bumpy ride, and to dig in. All those you describe as idiots for staying at a mega for any length; How is it you are so certain they don't have a handle on the game, and that they aren't humbly going about there business so they can score that PHAT company driver job that requires 3 or 5 years of experience?
Except they gonna walk in with one company to research, and the hiring manager is gonna go "Just Wow". Step right up.
No you provide only despair and negativity with your troll gloom posts.
But some people provide real information on how to get a leg up in this industry.country293, Lonesome, 88 Alpha and 2 others Thank this. -

I like where I am. But by your standards, and almost 200k others. This is a crap company.
I agree, it is. It’s so bad I’ve bought my own. And intend to lease it with them.
Want another crap job? After 18,700 eligible applicants, only 50 get employeed and less than 40 will stay a year. It sucks thinking your good enough to play pro basketball.
Just like it sucks thinking you can drive for the best.
I’m just sayinLonesome Thanks this.
