    Loaded at 3:46am
    Went to the airport, new security procedure flagged me as a possible wanted fugitive. Waited 45 minutes for the troopers to show and clear me. Then officer comes out to say we are all cleared but our licenses slid down inside her console and she has to take it to the motor pool to have the console removed to get them.
    Gout out of there at 9:50am.

    Got to see the new house carrier and verify they cut the rate in half 3 months ago. Good for them. Hope they enjoy all that money they left on the table.

    Came back and loaded for tonite. Be headed out in a bit to finish that up.
    Napped thru a bunch of offers to make more money tomorrow, missed those opportunities.

    Oh well.
    I’m ready for the year to be done.

    I swear it worked when I attached to it earlier...

    It doesn’t work 1 mile down the road at the TA though... I hate this Doonan trailer. I think it’s a “high boy” or whatever they call it because it sits a lot higher than what I’m used to. Reminds me of some of the GDs we had at Melton? Oh and the winches suck. Whoever designed those needs to be slaughtered. What a #### design.

    Guess I’ll get to it in the morning. It’s time to clean up and get some dinner :)

    I always wanted too. Didnt understand dad had 4 trucks once and went back to one. Then I was older, managed a 24/7 towing, repair company. 20 some employed. Once I got out I understood why I like one truck. Aint holding any man's hand. Well unless it was alot of money. And everyone has a different value as to what alot is. Mine personally is a figure I can't display in numeric font here.

    @Czar_Zero

    Ever met a job site contractor that isn’t a total piece of work?

    I have. Once. ONCE.

    Think I’ll get lucky again on Wednesday? Mmmmm, probably not.

    The people you need to hire to take care of your trucks all have trucks of their own.

    Get the load, handle everything. Deliver the load. Call me when you’re ready for the next one. If you’ A bada$$, holla at me when you want me to look for the next load. Sounds simple, right?
