Heh the only time I was there, our appointment was at 5 a.m. When I checked in I told that girl "You will be my favoritest person in the entire universe if you can get me in before 5 a.m. " she just looked at me and said "They'll be calling you at 5."

Yeah they aren't too friendly there from my past experience. Not warehouse SS Nazi like the woman in Lacrosse (she still there?), more like a regular German soldier.

The glass lady in Minnesota ain’t to nice.

Am I the only person that liked Memphis? Hell I never had a bad experience there. Always allowed to stay the night before loading, always allowed to stay after loading, quiet area to sleep, folks in the office were always nice. The roads around it are garbage. But I always liked Blues City.

I never had a bad experience in Memphis in the actual service of getting my truck unloaded / loaded. The loaders were always nice but I found the office people not so much. They did their job but not very friendly. I did have a bad experience with the woman in Lacrosse. It seems for some people it is their only chance in life to have control over someone and they take that opportunity.
I would go into every place acting friendly and nice because I knew how it goes sometimes and they can make or break your day. -
I"ve never had a problem with that lady in Lacrosse and all of the signs amuse me, along with the ones on the scale reminding you that you can't slide your tandems on the scale.
On a different subject, have any of you guys ever delivered paper to this place in High Point, NC? Qualcom calls it International Forest Products and Google calls it Carolina Packaging. Loading docks are parallel to the street along the side of the building if that helps toggle your memory. I'm looking at this place and the surrounding area on Google and I'm wondering how in the world I'm gonna get turned around and back on Biz 85 once they get me unloaded when I get up there. -
The signs at the scale make me laugh every time. Same here, never had a problem with the lady in La Crosse. As matter of fact, last time I was on that Memphis turn around, I had her laughing. Thought I was gonna pee my pants right there.
