Where is everyone #5

Not a good evening...

My wifes grandpa isnt expected to make it through the night. They think he fell at some point during the last week and hit his head. He was rushed to the ER this afternoon with a brain bleed. He's up in his 80's so everyone is at the hospital except my wife because the icu doesn't allow children.

She hadn't seen them in years and I finally got her to go down there this summer so I could meet them. His 1st words to me when I shook his hand as my wife told him my name he goes "Nathan? Is that Jewish? I used to know a Nathan Epstein (or some super jewish last name). He was Jewish...so I figured Id ask".

Im laughing and my wife is looking at him going "grandpa!" rotfl. He looks at her and kinda stumbles on his words and says "what? I was just wonderin. There's nothin wrong with Jews."

It was literally the best introduction Ive ever had to anyone in my life.

 

Not a Peterbilt guy, BUT I would definitely rock this one.

Out of all the tractors I got to play with when I was growing up, the Fiat Crawlers (forget which model or year) we had were the most fun. Always felt like I was driving a tank and I'd clatter around on one with a huge crap eating grin on my face. Felt invincible.

Thank all you guys for the advice and well wishes. All four wisdom teeth were cut out, and the molars were pulled. Six teeth in all. Made it home while ago and got some medicine down. Feeling starting to return now so we’ll see how it goes. Gonna be a long night, no doubt.

I told her you guys were pulling for her. She doesn’t know ya (although I’ve talked about ya enough she kinda does) but it does mean a lot.

 

The mag is what worried pops about the ponies. He was anal about not fueling them when hot. I really think he seen one catch fire but don't know that to be fact. I just know its something that always stuck with me

 

3 of these t&$p loads in 3 weeks is a little much I’m thinking. Gonna have a little talk with dispatch I think
