@wore out we finally got my dads 93 running right. He did some welding when it was tore down and didn't unplug the ecu and it must of fried it. He un-did the battery terminals and forgot to disconnect the ecu.
So now we have a rebuilt pump and econovance with less than 50k on it and we got a vmac1 ecu and it took care of the smoking/timing issues.
It ain't no yellow motor but for a 11.9L it has a lot of get up and go. Pushing 44-46 psi compared to 24psi for a stock 350. Our 99 with the 460 will only get 30-33psi.
At all costs we wanted to avoid taking it to the dealer because they would of uploaded the crappy low NOX file.
Will be going down to Antrim and putting it on the roller sometime by this spring.

Wife and I went to Council meeting tonight. Little did I know I would be humbled with this plaque of appreciation. 2018 made 11 years for the tractor show I host, I have always worked it so the public can come and bring their families without a big cover charge. It is free to park and free to enjoy as long as I breathe. For a number of years I have used my trailer and one of my tractors to pull the Mayor, and council members in the 2 parades each year. I never ask for anything, the smiles of the kids as I chug along on the tractor is my payment! Those kids enjoy that open exhaust at high idle going by, parents maybe not so much but it's not about them lol.
It's not really much but nice to be appreciated.

My D2 hinged just in front of the sprocket, and the leaf springs were upside down at the bell housing. Each end of the springs was on the frame of the undercarriage, each side totally independent of the other. Made for a smooth ride. Now my freinds D4 had more of a wishbone deal under it.wore out, Shock Therapy, 1951 ford and 14 others Thank this.
