Congrats! And if you're talking about the spiral bound and laminated version then no, that's not the normal price. Sounds like you got a deal![]()

Hanging out in Valdosta tonight, haven't been here in many moons. If y'all ever have to stay here for the night, there's an absolute craphole truck stop with decent parking, and an absolute gem across the street. Austin Cattle Company. It's worth putting up with the horrible truck stop.

Apparently we are doing the Millis terminal tour this week lol. Left Sunday stayed in Memphis, then Trenton Monday, Weedsport Tuesday, Trenton again tonight, and headed to CVille tomorrow but hopefully not spending the night lol.

How is the training facility in Richfield? I remember you saying it is the smallest terminal, so just wondering if affects the training. Just don't see many trainees posting on Richfield, it's mostly Eden, Trenton and Cartersville.

Richfield is a good terminal. Practice course is plenty big.BullDozer-( Thanks this.

I love old truckers. I just learned more in a two hour conversation than I ever will in a 3 week class.
MIT and BullDozer-( Thank this. -

Went to Richfield in September. Plenty of room on the training lot. Jaime was a great instructor with a very good personality. Very easy going. Will answer and explain every question you might have.
Great thing about Richfield is you have the opportunity to leave there with your CDL. The other schools you go out with a trainer and then schedule your CDL test. Which at times and for some makes it harder since some trainers are more worried about the miles you drive than having you do pre- trips and backing on a regular basis.
All of our backing practice was in manuals first 2 weeks last week we got to use the automatic.
Millis puts you up at the Holiday Inn Express. A dozen restaurants and fast food places within 5 minute walk. Gas station more or less in hotel parking lot. Walmart about a 10 minute walk and another grocery store in the same distance.
Forgot to add, I can not think of a single improvement Millis could make to the schooling portion of the training. They in my opinion spare no expense those 3 weeks while you are in class.
Oh and hotel has free breakfast every morning. Not just a danish but a full on breakfast.Last edited: Dec 20, 2018
BullDozer-( Thanks this. -
What is the purpose of learning manual if you don't test in one, and have the restriction
