    Check vents on tanks, check the lines and splitters for leaks/obstructions. Start there.

    Well...no. . Turbo replaced, new injectors, leak checked, fuel pressure check, compression checked, boroscoped the cylinders...everything looked good. Still doesn't pull. Transmission was rebuilt in October. Right now struggling to pull 20k lbs. When on an up hill shifting the cab lurches over to the right...so the engine is torquing. Idk man. Feels like I am dragging more weight than I actually am. Engine revs but I just not moving all that much. Clutch is newish. Has been adjusted recently by Volvo as well. Im about to give up, park it and part it out. Go do sonething else. Wish I had a cummins.

    My problem with turbo is only go to 15 psi and not have power, if i put ishift in 10 gear and rpm go to 17 still turbo boost guege go to 15,wath you think is my problem, is actuator bad or turbo gets stuck.tnx johny
