Well I sure as hell tried..........

Yeah the recruiter at KLLM wants me to take an 80 hour refresher at sage which costs $2800.

 

dont worry cause kllm sucks anyway

 

I have read some good posts about KLLM. What was your experience like there?

 

I almost went to work with them (KLLM), ended up with Swift, what's the deal there?

 

How has Swift been for you?

 

You might want to look around. I found a refresher course up here for 1200.00. Still sucks but what can you do.

 

In Hot Springs Ca, why would you want to drive truck, Learn spanish and go to work at a golf course, better money and perks. And if you are ever on the course at Desert Hot Springs, see if the ruts my buddy made with his jeep are still on the back nine.(a 4x4 trail from Joshua tree monument ends near there and we were lost, what can I say, I figure Bob Hope would have hunted us down but not) Best wishes to your wife on her recovery

 

Bad part is I get calls from truck companies everyday but I don't want OTR. I'm looking from local driving and I DO NOT want long haul. I finally got an interview with Sara Lee, and Thursday I have an interview with Golden State Foods delivering to Starbucks and Mcdonalds etc, but that job is 250 miles away which means ill have to move, but atleast their is a few companies that act interested. Just hope my interview skills can outdo the other 5000 applicants and actually get the job. Good luck finding OTR though, it's a tough time for everybody but we will pull out of this slump sooner or later.

 

Cr england wants you to take there school now, They are not accepting recent grads. They did away with their refresher program they had.

Ugh it sucks now...

 

Probably a blessing in disguise, i'd look elsewhere
