Looking for 101 on lease purchase.

I just got back to town last night and got the whole weekend to rest lol!

 

There’s some good YouTube videos that might give you the quick down and dirty answers that you’re seeking. I think that it helps to see how these guys evolve from where they start. The trucks never get paid off. They're only leased for 3 years and turned back in. Depending on what company he's talking about though.

There's also the issue of the title. No one has it. There was a married couple on here few years back. They did the central thing. Stuck it out for the entire 3 years. Brand new truck. Got their own financing approved but no one could produce the title. And when it was produced. No one wanted to hand it over. I don't know what they did in the meantime but eventually they got their truck. With the bank holding the title. I want to say it was a $75G loan on their 3 year old truck.

 

That's insane... that's why you never do a Flease Purchase... if it was truly designed to help the driver then everybody would own a truck

So the only reason your even considering Lease Purchase is because you don't have enough money for a down payment for a truck....
