True words, Six. I served, it was a PRIVILEGE and to date my greatest honor. I can go look at headstones of family members who have served as far back as WWI. Most of us in the current operations in the Middle East. I’m the easiest going person I know, don’t really get mad over anything, except bad mouthing service members. So, my favorite way to handle the anti military males is the Mattis approach. Shake their hand, wink at their woman if present, ‘cause they know they’re dating a p####.

We was visiting friends just north of Nashville last year and stopped in to get some munchies for the house.

Walked in and these gals was lined up to get a bucket of chicken to eat while they was shopping...never seen such a thing but I don't get out much....

 

This is as close to god’s country as I am allowed today....230 miles to home starting at 4:30 am
