    Ever hear of Kent Rollins? He's a cow camp chef. He's got a pretty good recipe for smoked Mac n cheese in his cookbook.

    Funny story...my wife was making his recipe for Cornish hens when Uncle Joe came to visit a couple years ago and that was the day she realized they're just little chickens and not some exotic game bird.
