It is all ceramic tile 18 x 18 on the entire first floor. With the heat out here in AZ - all tile floors are very common

  5. i want to see the trailer layout a bit more suspension, tires and arc of trailer bed.

something is acting out of norm with your load on the deck. I have run that exact hopper just cant find the pics i have of the load and how i did dunnage and strapping.

  6. im over in a corner on the family PC so i have a bit of time to trouble shoot. Triple and i forgot who else talked to you the other day about your load. I didnt get to scroll back the million or so posts. LOL

what has me puzzled is the vibration rate that is wearing a hole thru your hook side of your straps. Im curious as to how you have them hooked to trailer bed, like Triple6 said twist in strap.

just brain storming till ya get to a safe spot.

Not wearing a hole. Breaking the thing as in shearing it off.

The rear strap is somewhat loose. The front 2 are decently tight and the one just aft of the middle legs is decently tight but not as much as the front two.

The rear feet are not touching the deck btw

Not my place to tell another driver how to do his job, but that load would do better with chains. Attach them up high at the four corners and run them cross ways down to the trailer. Shackles in the bolts holes or use the hooks to grab the I beam. But I’m sure there is another half dozen ways.
