That is the crap Ready gives away. The good work is dispatched direct to the carrier by the shipper long before it even hits the board.

My last two years werw with Ready, not by choice but we had been a dedicated carrier for two Manheim facilities for 12 years and RAT was forced down our throat. Even with that relationship and the direct to carrier dispatching they still gave away our "gravy" every chance they got or every time a new carrier signed up amd was willing to cut a dollar off the rate.

I got out of car hauling all together,I ask myself why I did it for so long,ive been doing regional portwork ,my average settlement is 2600 after all expenses.I have had 4800 dollar net settlements ,under their authority,work less,my insurance is 260 per month,did I mention I'm home almost everyday and off most weekends ,I don't touch anything,and pay 0 damages ,I don't get dirty,I knew it was time to get out when I saw a Mexican changing his own tire and i have a dispatcher with a secretary
