Just do what the gasoline haulers do. Put a campfire under the pipe to thaw it out.

the pipe is not exposed like on a fuel tanker. there is a panel under the trailer with insulation, the pipe is inside that insulated panel. that was funny though, and i doubt they really do that.

Gasoline doesn't freeze, but condensation can form and cause freezing issues in extremely low temps. You can use gas treatment additives to prevent this. I have added a small bottle of isopropyl(rubbing)alcohol to a full tank of gas to evaporate any moisture that may try to form. Some gas also has ethanol which is an alcohol and will help prevent freezing...
