Well as with most companies you always have to do your research but I think another part of that is instinct and what your gut tells ya. They never once tried to sell me, they always asked if I had questions, my recruiter kept contact with me thru the whole process, and will do so till I get there. It’s bitter sweet leaving the small family company I’m with now but their growth has been very slow to where “basics” are just not there. I need the retirement, I all the other bennifits not just a decent paying job. I’m 42 yo and this is what I do and I’m good at it so I need to invest in a company that wants to invest in me and I see that in Dynamic. They don’t have to hold my hand and they don’t want to, talking to a few of their drivers this is work, miles are there so that speaks volumes to me because freight and the relationships the leadership has with the customer dictates our ability to do what we do so I’m confident that again where a driver who wants to drive, goes to work. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Living in the Portland Oregon area it would be nice to be able to run from there to the Midwest and back every week. Not sure if I’d bounce around a lot, or get on something like that. I was told they don’t chain up so that might make winter interesting

That’s the beauty of this company for me. I’m flexible and don’t need particular lanes. I like to everywhere.

@stormy379 you’ve seen the 386’s Dynamic has. Are they kept in decent shape?

Yes they are still in decent shape. They have someone give the trucks a "detail" before a new driver gets into one. We are getting more and more brand new 389's shipped in all the time so you probably won't be in a 386 for to terribly long.

Right on. As long as they are serviced and maintained then I don’t care if it’s a
    386 or 389

Anybody know what hometime options are like for someone living in PA? Just curious. I saw that someone posted the health insurance rates which don’t seem too bad given the current state of health insurance premiums, but without deductible info, it only tells half of the story.

I'm not sure what your home time would be living in Pa. Many times the recruiter will say 3 to 4 weeks but I think they're just trying to see who is serious about getting the job. As for the health insurance deductible, I think mine is like $1,500 for me and my wife. All I know is that I have taken the very best that they offer with everything ( medical dental perscription(?) Life... Everything ) and it's only costing me $202 per week. Dr's office visits are $30.** Meds are cheap. It's been great for me and I use it Often
