That’s understandable. But for ups? I can understand they want you to look presentable and professional etc. , but a no beard policy seems a little much for an LTL driving job.
Pets ? Really?

A fertilizer plant I went to just in the last year implemented a no pet policy even in your own truck. They even send out a security guy on occasion to check.
So I don’t go there anymore. Their rates sucked anyway.
Now if it was already like that before I got the dog, then I wouldn’t have a dog. But to suddenly change the policy, I can’t just dump a dog I’ve had for ten years. After the dog dies, then I won’t bother with another. In the meantime it’s my responsibility, kind of like alimony.Weeble Kneeble, Tb0n3, #wishfulthinking and 11 others Thank this. -
