@Rugerfan spot on! I decided not for me when I looked at hours worked vs miles vs like you said come home eat, pack lunch for next day, shower, say “hello” to family then off to bed! Kids grow to fast for that nonsense!

The short haul long days do wear on you. Most don't get that. Well out of boredom I just read the post about Benson Trailers and outlaw Heavy's 24' 1/2" 52,000lbs coil.

@Lysdexis here you go more average load. And my last load of grain for 2018.

Ok guys. Last stop on your tour of Wyoming.

This is on 28 between Farson and 372.

There's several places where you can see the Oregon and Mormon Trail. The original ruts are still there. Seems weird to me that someone would think they should take their car up there but some people can't respect history.

They have placed these concrete markers every few hundred feet on the trail.

One of the good things about this industry is..... there’s something for everyone. All we have to do is find the segment that has the BS we can deal with.

Every segment has it’s own list of pros/cons.

That’s one thing I’ve done in my brief few years driving truck. I’ve tried quite a bit of things but hauling reefer still draws me. I try not to change jobs too quickly, but I don’t know that I’ve honestly ever found that one job that I love. Might make me a bad person who knows.

When you say bar person, do you mean drunk?

I love home daily with OTR miles and LTL stops. I got up at 215, went to my stops, got back around 1:30 and have managed to stay awake while my youngest attempts to destroy the lego exhibit at the Art Museum.
