I don't know this for a fact but I believe that it's the Beef industry who is responsible for the rules being different, not the Trucking industry.

When it comes to moving parts for Airforce One, they have their own rules. Rules that have gotten officials in Florida one way tickets to the unemployment office.

Not a truckstop counter story, ask the permitting people in Arlington about it. Susan now gets gift baskets from the head of the Florida State Patrol for holidays and special occasions. I'm guessing he wanted to keep his job or something.

 

The man who started the exhibit in 1975 was on site. We talked to him, got our picture made and bought a short story book about the town in the exhibit.

 

And what some see as a pro others may see as a con.
